We decided to enlist the aid of a real estate agent who is adept on social media after initially failing to sell our house over a four month period. Christina Patrick and her group fit the bill perfectly. Christina did her homework before our first meeting and presented a marketing plan to us that was aggressive, comprehensive and reflected her total understanding of current market conditions. Amber was great! She helped my wife and me become first-time homeowners! She was helpful in finding available properties, accommodating with our requirements, and very responsive even when we sent questions late at night. She showed us several properties until we came to one we loved, and then she was a great help in facilitating the closing process by explaining terms and common practices with which we were unfamiliar, as well as being a great communicator between us and the others involved in the closing process.
