Meet Christina

I’ve always believed the most important part of real estate is the relationship.

Long before I worked in real estate, I earned my master’s degree in psychology and counseling. That training still shapes the way I work today: listen carefully, understand what isn’t being said, make complicated decisions feel manageable, and earn trust over time.

Intown Collective grew from that same philosophy. I wanted to build a real estate company where people felt genuinely known and cared for, while also receiving the level of strategy, market knowledge and advocacy that significant financial decisions deserve. Relationships come first here. The strategy grows from understanding the person behind the decision.

My own path has given me an interesting mix of perspectives. I spent years in technology and professional-services sales, leading teams and negotiating complex, high-value engagements before building my real estate business. Since then, I’ve personally represented nearly $100 million in residential real estate and developed an approach that is both highly analytical and deeply personal.

I’m also endlessly interested in homes themselves—the architecture, the design, the details and the way a space can completely change how someone experiences it. That perspective influences everything from how I evaluate a home with a buyer to how I prepare, position and tell the story of one I’m bringing to market. To me, thoughtful real estate means seeing the whole picture: the numbers, the property and, most importantly, the people.

I’m direct when my clients need an honest opinion, fiercely protective of their interests and always willing to dig deeper before making a recommendation. I want the people I work with to feel informed enough to make their own decisions and supported enough to know they never have to make them alone.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to three beautiful babies who are, without question, the center of my world. I love design, gardening, cooking, hot yoga, and a house full of people, dogs and beautiful chaos. Home means more to me now than it ever has—which may be why I remain so connected to the privilege of helping someone find, create or let go of theirs.

“Your home, thoughtfully sold.” began as a way to describe my approach to selling. Over time, I think it has come to mean something bigger.

Whatever brings someone to me, I want them to know that their home will matter to me because they do.
